For agency placements, we can often provide same-day or next-day cover depending on availability and sector. We maintain an active pool of pre-vetted, compliance-ready professionals.

Agency staffing covers temporary, flexible, or short-notice cover where we employ and supply the worker. Permanent placement is a direct hire service, where we recruit and place a candidate who becomes your full-time employee.

All candidates undergo identity verification, professional reference checks, qualification validation, Garda vetting (where applicable), and sector-specific compliance checks aligned with HIQA and other regulatory standards.

Yes. Our healthcare placements are aligned with HIQA standards. We ensure all placed healthcare professionals hold current registrations, required training certificates, and are fully vetted before deployment.

OET (Occupational English Test) is an English proficiency test specifically designed for healthcare professionals. It is required by the Irish Nursing and Midwifery Board (NMBI) for nurses and HCAs registering to work in Ireland from non-English-speaking countries.

Use our Staff Request Form to submit your requirements online. Alternatively, email us at Info@trivara.ie or call +353 85 715 8111 and a consultant will assist you directly.

We source candidates internationally, with active talent pipelines across India, the Philippines, Nigeria, Ghana, and other key healthcare talent markets. We also recruit domestically within Ireland and from EU countries.

Yes. For overseas recruits, we manage the full documentation process including work permit applications, NMBI registration support (for nurses), immigration coordination, and pre-arrival compliance checks.

The timeline varies depending on the role, country of origin, and visa type. For healthcare roles, the typical end-to-end process including OET, NMBI registration, and work permit takes 6 to 12 months. We provide a detailed timeline at the assessment stage.

Typically: a current CV, proof of qualifications and professional registration, photo ID, two professional references, and any sector-specific certificates (e.g., Manual Handling, NMBI pin for nurses). We guide each candidate through the full requirements.

We remain your dedicated point of contact after every placement. We check in with both employer and candidate, address any issues that arise, and ensure the placement is performing well for all parties.

Yes. We offer temp-to-perm arrangements where a candidate can begin on an agency basis with a view to transitioning to a permanent hire. This gives both parties time to assess fit before commitment.

We cover a wide range of hospitality roles including Chefs (all levels), Kitchen Assistants, Waiters, Front of House staff, Bar staff, and Housekeeping. We serve hotels, restaurants, contract catering, and event catering clients.

For agency staffing there is no strict minimum, though single-shift bookings are subject to availability. For sustained cover we recommend block bookings. Specific terms are discussed at the enquiry stage.

Yes. All Trivara agency workers are covered under our employer's liability and public liability insurance. Confirmation of our insurance details is available on request.
